Group Travel Administrator
Our Faith & Culture Tours Department has an opening for a Group Travel Administrator. Ideally, we think this role would be perfect for a school leaver with large Microsoft Office experience or a BTEC equivalent.
The role will be to provide administrative assistance to the Group Co-Ordinator including filing, answering calls, photocopying and taking payments whilst being trained to assist in the co-ordination of group travel for mission teams, church groups and other cultural groups.
You do not have to be knowledgeable in the destinations but must have a desire to learn, during your on-the-job training.
Required Skills
- A minimum of 5 GCSEs including English and Maths
- Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook knowledge
- Accuracy, spelling and ability to input data is essential

This post is a permanent full-time position working Monday to Friday 9.15am to 5pm, in our office at Kernan Shops, Lurgan Road.
