SAMPLE 10 DAY 4* ITINERARY TO ISRAEL

DAY ONE

Depart UK/Dublin for onward flight to Tel Aviv

DAY TWO

Late breakfast at hotel after your journey. Start your day day with a boat trip on Galilee.

This afternoon we travel to Beit She’an.  The great story of Saul and his sons were slain close by to Mount Gilboa. Dinner and overnight.

DAY THREE

Breakfast at hotel. Journey to Capernaum, the centre of Jesus’ ministry and on to Mount of Beatitudes, Located at the foot of the mountain, you will find Tabgha area where the Lord met with His disciples on resurrection morning.  Visit Magdella and Valley of Doves on return to hotel for dinner and overnight.

DAY FOUR

Breakfast at hotel.

Visit to Olive Factory. Travel  to Banias (Caesarea Philippi where Jesus visited with His disciples). This afternoon return to hotel for some free time to enjoy the facilities.  Dinner and overnight.

DAY FIVE

Breakfast at hotel. Depart this morning to Caesarea and on to Mount Carmel where Elijah slew the prophets of Baal. After lunch travel via Cana to Nazareth Village to spend some time in Nazareth Village, an authentic village depicting life in Jesus’ time. Dinner and overnight at hotel.

DAY SIX

Breakfast at hotel and depart Galilee region for service  with local assembly in Nazareth at 10am and travel to Tel Nazareth. We will enjoy lunch with our friends in Nazareth.

Travel towards Jerusalem to Mt.of Scopus for a first view on Jerusalem check in at the Yehuda hotel for your remaining 5 nights with dinner and overnight.

DAY SEVEN

Breakfast at hotel. Commence your tour today with a panoramic view of the city from the Mount of Olives. From here you can view and visit Church of Ascension, descent via Teardrop Church, to Gethsemane. Drive through the Kidron Valley, visit House of Caiaphas where Jesus would have spent His last hours and also the area where Peter would have denied the Lord.

14:00 hrs: This afternoon visit Hezekiah’s Tunnel and City of David.

After early dinner enjoy a Sound & Light show (20:30 hrs.) at the David Citadel Museum. Some free time to enjoy a browse at the Mamilla Mall. Overnight at hotel.

DAY EIGHT

Breakfast at hotel.

This morning we travel to Bethelehem.  Time will be spent for a short while at the shepherd’s fields. Stop at the River Jordan at Qsar el Yahud.

Opportunity to swim in the Dead Sea at Lot Hotel with lunch included.

Drive along the shores of the Dead Sea to Qumran, where the Dead Sea Scrolls have been found. Continue to Massada. Ascend/descend by cable car. Visit the ruins of this famous stronghold.

Drive to Yehuda Hotel. Dinner and overnight at hotel.

DAY NINE

Breakfast at hotel.

Visit the Temple mount area and continue to the pool of Bethesda and Church of St. Ann. Walking tour of Old City (with lunch lunch stop en route) Visit the Western Wall, where Bar Mitzwa ceremonies take place. Continue to Temple Treasures and also take trip through the Western Wall Tunnels. Dinner and overnight at hotel.

DAY TEN

Breakfast at hotel Bypass the Menorah at the Knesset and spend time at Yad Vashem (Memorial to Jewish Holocaust) and Valley of the Lost Communities.

Visit to house and village of Emmaus.  Arrive at Garden Tomb mid afternoon  to finish our tour with service as we overlook Golgotha. Remainder of day free to relax before your homeward flight.

DAY ELEVEN

Transfer to the airport for homeward flight……..SHALOM
